We own and manage our own inventory and stock numbers are monitored on a daily basis by our staff. We have a proprietary state of the art system in place to ensure that our shelves are well stocked and that our online store reflects the stock numbers as accurately as possible. Except in rare cases, or where otherwise noted, if you can add an item to your cart it means we have it in stock in our warehouse and ready to ship to you according to our terms below. We make every effort to ship orders the same day if your order is placed by 3:00 PM Eastern Time.
NatureScapes has processed tens of thousands of online orders and we have a triple redundancy check in place for each order that is processed and we strive for the utmost accuracy. All orders are packed and shipped from our state of the art shipping and warehousing system which ensures greater accuracy and eliminates human errors.
Shipping and Handling
When you place your order, you have the option to ship your products by either United States Postal Service® (USPS®) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Real-time shipping and handling charges will show in your shopping cart once you provide shipping address information.
Most orders of in stock merchandise will ship the same day if ordered by 3:00 PM Eastern Time. Express orders placed by 3:00 PM Eastern Time will ship the same day. Otherwise every effort will be made to ship all orders within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the order.
Free ground shipping applies to orders in the contiguous United States only (lower 48 states). No minimum purchase amount or coupon code required.
“Free Ground Shipping” orders will ship via the least expensive available method. For orders under one pound this is generally USPS® First Class. With free shipping, your order may or may not include a tracking number. There is no specific guaranteed delivery date for free shipping and transit times will vary by carrier.
Once an item is placed in the hands of the carrier we have no control of the delivery from that carrier. If you need the item on or before a specific date, please consider an alternate shipping method in order to ensure timely delivery.
If you reject the delivery of the order and “Return to Sender,” you will be credited for the items returned minus the shipping charges NatureScapes incurred to ship the order to you.
“Free 3-Day Shipping” orders will ship using the method of our choice, depending on your location and proximity to our warehouse, in order to ensure that the order is delivered to you within 3 business days after the order is processed. If you have a preferred method of shipment you may indicate that in your order notes or call us. Depending on your location and proximity to our warehouse we may use any of the following services: UPS 3-day select, UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Express Mail.
Military and Diplomatic Mail
We’re sorry, but at this time we do not ship to APO or FPO addresses.
International orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping. International delivery times will vary depending on the location and shipping method used. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for international orders.
You assume full responsibility for all international shipments once we put your order in the hands of the shipper including but not limited to all duties, taxes, and export requirements as well as for shipping, customs or other delays beyond NatureScapes’ control. Please do not ask us to declare your purchase as a gift to avoid customs and duty charges.
Refusal of International Shipments
If you refuse a shipment due to high customs costs the resulting return shipping and any other related costs will be deducted from your refund. Refunds for refused merchandise will not be issued until the merchandise has been successfully returned to us in salable condition.
